Dear Customer, 

Further to the government’s decision last night to implement more stringent measures to slow and control the spread of COVID-19, we are now in a position where more radical action is required.

It is not in our nature to turn down sales enquiries or to deliberately short ship orders, but as many businesses and organisations are now forced to close as we are instructed to stay at home, we must re-evaluate our outstanding order book.

Supply of essential products such as sanitisers, soaps, disinfectants, toilet tissue, hand towels disposable gloves and aprons etc. are becoming more difficult to fulfil as demand has exceed all reasonable expectations and needs, resulting in severe shortages for those organisations that need them the most.

We feel the most responsible action we as a distributor of hygiene products can take is to re-allocated goods previously set aside for customers that are now closed, and re-direct those goods to customers and organisations which need to remain open to either care for the sick or provide essential supplementary services.

In such instances, having identified the orders effected, we will seek to contact as many of you as possible advising how this will affect you.

We are happy to ‘suspend’ orders, i.e. keep them alive or, where order quantities were significantly increased due to a fear of shortages reach agreement to amend the quantities down, or cancel the order completely, and ask you to re-order once you are allowed to return to work.

In terms of accepting and processing new orders we feel we should only supply existing customers who legitimately remain open as an essential service provider.

Although our website remains open and will still accept orders and payments, we may have to decline, cancel and refund any orders placed which do not fit the above criteria. We will communicate this with you on an order by order basis.

We trust you can understand the need for us to take this action and hope that you will support us in this endeavour and allow us to continue to fulfil your needs when the pandemic has passed, and life returns to normal.

In the meantime, we thank you for your understanding and patience and be assured we are working flat out to distribute these essential supplies to where they are most needed and thus help bring this virus under control.
