Further to the government’s decision last night to implement more stringent measures to slow and control the spread of COVID-19, we are now in a position where more radical action is required.
It is not in our nature to turn down sales enquiries or to deliberately short ship orders, but as many businesses and organisations are now forced to close as we are instructed to stay at home, we must re-evaluate our outstanding order book.
Supply of essential products such as sanitisers, soaps, disinfectants, toilet tissue, hand towels disposable gloves and aprons etc. are becoming more difficult to fulfil as demand has exceed all reasonable expectations and needs, resulting in severe shortages for those organisations that need them the most.
We feel the most responsible action we as a distributor of hygiene products can take is to re-allocated goods previously set aside for customers that are now closed, and re-direct those goods to customers and organisations which need to remain open to either care for the sick or provide essential supplementary services.
In such instances, having identified the orders effected, we will seek to contact as many of you as possible advising how this will affect you.
We are happy to ‘suspend’ orders, i.e. keep them alive or, where order quantities were significantly increased due to a fear of shortages reach agreement to amend the quantities down, or cancel the order completely, and ask you to re-order once you are allowed to return to work.
In terms of accepting and processing new orders we feel we should only supply existing customers who legitimately remain open as an essential service provider.
Although our website remains open and will still accept orders and payments, we may have to decline, cancel and refund any orders placed which do not fit the above criteria. We will communicate this with you on an order by order basis.
We trust you can understand the need for us to take this action and hope that you will support us in this endeavour and allow us to continue to fulfil your needs when the pandemic has passed, and life returns to normal.
In the meantime, we thank you for your understanding and patience and be assured we are working flat out to distribute these essential supplies to where they are most needed and thus help bring this virus under control.

Unsure of where to start? We have compiled the main jobs you will need to undertake to achieve effective Spring Cleaning results in a professional environment.
Multi-Surface Cleaning: A versatile, yet effective multi-purpose cleaner is an essential when deep cleaning a kitchen space. Look for an efficient chemical that will give you great cost per usage (During a Spring clean it will get plenty of action!) and kill 99.9% of bacteria. This will allow you to remove grease and grime for surfaces of most types, from sinks to tiles and work surfaces.
We Recommend: D10 Suma Bac Smartdose Sanitiser
Dishwashing: There is no replacement for quality when it comes to dishwashing results. From the power of your dishwasher/s to the effectiveness of your chosen product; there really are no shortcuts if you want to be left with spotless dishes, fresh fragrance, and operational efficiency.
We Recommend: LA6 Suma Combi+ Detergent & Rinse Aid
Degreasing: Scrubbing hard and not getting that stubborn, ground-in spillage off your surfaces? You probably have the wrong product. The sign of a great degreaser is when heavy scrubbing isn't required, with the power of the chemical sufficient to loosen the dirt effectively.
We Recommend: D3.5 Suma Break Up Heavy Duty Degreaser
Oven Cleaning: Its Spring Cleaning season and the time has finally come to remove those seemingly unshakable burnt-on deposits and carbon soilings. Fear not, with a good quality chemical product, you will find the process a lot smoother, with a good-as-new appearance becoming realistically achievable.
We Recommend: Suma Grill Oven Cleaner
Toilet Cleaning: A versatile, yet effective multi-purpose cleaner is an essential when deep cleaning a kitchen space. Look for an efficient chemical that will give you great cost per usage (During a Spring clean it will get plenty of action!) and kill 99.9% of bacteria.

Floor Cleaning: The floor can be one of the worst culprits, hiding dirt and challenging on the body if the correct tools are not used. You should invest in a concentrated formula that gets to work quickly, with no sticky, dull residue and no need to rinse. Another option for those working with larger surface areas is to purchase (or hire) a scrubber drier which will do most of the work for you.
Windows and Glass Cleaning: Let the spring sun into your environment by giving your windows the comprehensive clean they have been needing all the way through the cold, dark winter.
We Recommend: Clean & Clever AC1 Glass Cleaner
Furniture Polishing: Over the course of a year or so, wooden furniture can become dirtier than it would ever look, with a simple dusting not enough to complete the job. A good furniture polish will remove fingerprints, repel dust for a period of time and remove allergens within dust.
We Recommend: Clean & Clever AP4 Furniture Polish
Fragrance: A fresh fragrance will complete your Spring Cleaning mission and make everyone well aware of it. Choose one that fights tough odours to ensure a welcoming space every time someone enters.
